I started working in the BPO industry back in 2012. And, with over 10 years of work experience in this industry, I acquired a lot of skills and knowledge that will help me succeed in this role.

I am well-versed in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

I can navigate different kinds of operating systems such as Windows, and Macintosh

I also learned to navigate different kinds of software such as for I communications. I can navigate Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Skype, Google Meet, Vonage, Call Rail, and Ring Central. For time tracking I used Monitask, Buddypunch and Clockify. For scheduling and appointments, I used Google Calendar and Trello. For file sharing and documents I usually Google Drive, Dropbox, and Terrabox. I was introduced to Zendesk, Zoho, and Podio for CRM.  Furthermore, I have good knowledge and can navigate software like Canva, Clipchamp, and WordPress. Finally, I was in charge of promotions of Social Media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Indeed.

I have 11 years of technical, billing, and sales experience. 

I have experience doing inbound & outbound calls, chat, and email.

With these experiences, I learned how to handle pressure, work under tight deadlines, complete a task ahead of time, multi-task, provide top-notch customer service experience, and provide daily reports weekly and monthly.
