This course introduces human resources management and will explore the core concepts, principles, and practices of HR, including recruitment, selection, performance management, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
The course will cover the various functions of human resources in non-profit organizations, the roles and responsibilities of management, and the challenges they may face in managing employees in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment.
